The full report costs A$19, paid once through Stripe. One payment unlocks the full report on every Rate Reveal checker.

When we'll refund you

Email [CONTACT EMAIL] within 30 days of buying, with the email address you paid with, and we'll fix the problem or refund you in full if:

• the report doesn't unlock after you've paid
• the report doesn't work on your device
• a result has a significant error
• you were charged more than once by mistake

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually show within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Change of mind

We don't usually refund a change of mind, because the report is delivered as soon as you pay.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund or other remedy if a product has a major failure.
